Terms & Conditions
Upon confirming your booking with Bella Boda you agree to the following terms and conditions :-
All hire goods remain the property of Bella Boda.
Prices quoted are for one days hire only (excluding set up & collection)
Loss or Damage of Hire Goods
It is highly unlikely that our goods will be damaged or lost at your event, however, we are aware that sometimes accidents do happen! Bella Boda do reserve the right to charge for any item that is missing, permanently stained or damaged, but do rest assured that we will only charge our cost including delivery prices for any items that are damaged or lost.
After your event all goods will be collected & checked, if any damage or loss occurs, Bella Boda will issue you with an invoice requesting payment for the items. Please see details below;
Chair Covers & Sashes ~ We allow for the usual washable spillages and food stains that may occur. Rips, permanent staining or loss to covers or sashes will be charged as follows;
£7 per chair cover, £2 per sash.
Table Runners / Swags ~ Loss or damage to these items will be charged at hire cost.
Centrepieces ~ As these items are created to personal specification, any loss or damage will be charged depending on which glassware and contents are used (damage costs will not exceed the hire price originally paid)
Napkins ~ Loss or damage to napkins will be charged at £1 each.
Wishing Tree ~Any loss or damage will be charged at replacement cost, £60.
Floralytes - Will be charged at cost plus delivery at £2 each.
Starlight twinkle backdrop - Will be charged at cost to replace if ruined or charged for repair if minor.
A £50 non refundable deposit is required upon booking with Bella Boda, to secure your event date (this deposit will be deducted from your final invoice) If your event date changes we will, of course, endeavour to accommodate your new date at no extra cost. Unfortunately, Bella Boda are unable to refund the £50 deposit in the unlikely event of a cancellation.
The final invoice balance is required 4 weeks prior to your event date. We will issue your final invoice 6 weeks prior to your event date.
We ask that you notify us of any amendments to your final numbers within two weeks of your event date, as we do appreciate that guest numbers do change.
Set up & Collection Fee
Bella Boda provide set up for our venue dressing services free of charge within a 20 mile radius of S63. However, venues outside of this radius will be charged a small fee to cover fuel costs.
